Get started
Reaching out is the hardest step, and it is smaller than it feels. Here is exactly how it goes.
1. Send a quick note
Use the contact form to tell Jake a little about what is going on. Keep it general. It takes two minutes.
2. Have a free intro call
About 20 minutes, by video or phone. You will get a feel for how Jake works, and he will be honest about whether coaching is the right fit.
3. Pick a focus and begin
If it is a fit, you choose a focus and book your first full session. If it is not, Jake points you toward something that is.
A few honest notes
Coaching is forward focused work on goals and decisions. It is not therapy and not crisis care. If you are in crisis, please use the get help now page first. If you are not sure whether you want coaching or therapy, the side by side makes it clear, and you can always just ask.
